Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from City Beach. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to provide a refund, exchange or credit note for items returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear, underwear, hosiery, earrings, or any pierced jewellery unless the item is faulty.
CHANGE OF MIND
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to health and safety reasons. These include: Gift cards, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, earrings, and body jewellery.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To start a return, you can contact us at our website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address. We also recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SHIPPING COSTS
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you have received a faulty item, please accept our sincere apologies. We will gladly assist you with a refund, exchange or repair, where possible.
Please be aware that minor variations in the products are not considered faults. This can include, but is not limited to, colour, grain, texture of leather, and sole flexibility.
Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns of faulty goods. Please contact our friendly customer service team via our website to organise the return of your faulty item.
