When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During major sales or peak periods (such as public holidays or the end of season sales), processing times may be longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: Our most economical service. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For when you need your items faster. Please note that the estimated delivery time for Express services begins from the moment your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Orders placed after a certain time of day, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is shipped, not the date you placed it.
- Metropolitan Areas: Typically 2-7 business days after dispatch.
- Regional & Remote Areas: Typically 7-14+ business days after dispatch.
Please be aware that delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, especially in remote locations or during peak periods.
Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
What Do Your Shipping Costs Lookike?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost for your order will be clearly displayed and charged at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.
What If I’m Not Home When My Order Is Delivered?
For standard deliveries, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where you can pick up your parcel from a local depot. For larger items that require a signature, a similar process will be followed. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel from the nominated location.
Important Information Regarding Your Delivery
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at the time of order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
- Authority to Leave: You can provide ‘Authority to Leave’ instructions at checkout. Please be aware that if you select this option and your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we cannot be held responsible.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is failed due to an incorrect address, or if a parcel is not collected from a pickup location, any fees incurred for return shipping and subsequent re-delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
